Steam Up is an award-winning board game that I co-designed to introduce authentic Asian culture and uplift Asian representation in the board game space.

Raising over $1.2 million in crowdfunding, this board game is now available in over 700 retail stores in 4 languages and has sold over 43,000 copies to date.

I am an UX/UI designer, a self-taught front-end enthusiast, and a crowdfunding entrepreneur, passionate about product design as much as front-end development.

Over $1 Million Funding RaisedCo-founded Hot Banana Games as a passionate project to bring authentic Asian-themed board games to all tables. Supported by 10K+ backers from over 50 countries, we raised over $1 million in crowdfunding on Kickstarter to globally release our first board game title, Steam Up: A Feast of Dim Sum, in 2023.

Outside of work, I enjoy sipping mocha, hiking, playing board games, and producing live on-stage shows. In 2018, I helped produce a Vegas-style magic show, Fate 2: The Dance and Illusions of Oslen, raising over $10,000 in donations for the ICU in the Surrey Memorial Hospital.
